Frances Louise Swarnes born February 16, 1930 in St. Louis, MO to Frank and June Cline. Frances spent most of her life growing up in Missouri.

Frances had three sisters Bessie, Roselee, and Edna.

In 1946 she married Bill Lockhart shortly there after she began her family with four daughters Elnor, Billie Jean, Rose, and Effie. Bill proceeded her in death in 1959. Frances then married Russell Knepler and had two children. Ronnie and Donna.

Russell passed away. Years later she married Jack Swarnes and continued in her life’s journey. Shortly there after her daughter Billie Jean passed away.

Frances was blessed with a large family of six generations. Everyone dearly loved her. Son in laws, daughter in laws and all of her grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and the sixth generation of her grandson.

Through the loss of her loved ones Frances began to ask questions. “Why do we die?” “Where did they go?” “What hope do we have as to see our loved ones again?” She got satisfying answers to these questions through a thorough study of the Bible. On September 29, 1997 she made her dedication to Jehovah God. She was very delighted to have her family be there to share in the joy of her baptism. Her sister Bessie coming from Missouri and her daughter Elnor in support of this special day. So many scriptures she loved, but her favorite Revelations 21:3-5 No more dying, she related to her dying as just to be asleep for a short time.

Frances was a great mother, a loyal friend and a hard worker. Her determination of attending her Christian meetings was out standing love she showed. She spoke happily of sitting with her young friend Aavery. When unable to drive she listened in on phone.

Frances remained loyal to her last breath saying Jehovah took care of me in the past and he will take care of me now. She will be missed, but we look forward to the time that Jesus gives his commanding call for all those in their memorial tombs to come out to a resurrection of life everlasting.

Mom we love you.
