He was born April 20, 1948 in Plainwell, Michigan to Robert and Helen (Banas) Wills. He graduated from Hastings High School in Michigan. He attended George Washington University, Thomas Edison University and Rockville University, collectively earning his Master's degree in Business Management. Mr. Wills proudly served his country with the US Army from February 1967 until April 1987. He was a decorated Army Veteran and reached the rank of CW3 before retirement.
