She then completed a Specialty Residency at Scott and White Memorial Hospital (SWMH) in Temple, TX (2004-2005) and subsequently practiced hospital pharmacy in the Investigational Drugs, Operating Room, and Intravenous Drugs Preparation decentralized pharmacies at SWMH until the present. She was named "Pharmacist of the Year" for 2017 for Baylor Scott & White Healthcare.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Faith was an amazing pharmacist to work with and always greeted me with a smile. It was a pleasure working with her. The last time I visited her during treatment she said something to me that I will never forget. She said she was so surprised by all the love surrounding her, that she never knew how many people truly cared about her. I'm so glad she was able to realize how important she was before her passing.

So very sad to read of your loss. I knew Faith in the short enchanted time that Helen Martin, my mother-in-law, was blessed with a common-law marriage to Joe Rothermel, Faith's and her sisters' father. I remember her kindness, her generous spirit, her good humour, and her geniality. She was truly a rare and lovely spirit!
